Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product isn't used.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Before returning, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@skmallonline.com and provide them the following information :-
a. Order number
b. Product info
c. Reason for return
d. Exchange / Refund

Shipping Costs for Returns
The shipping charges inccured for returning the product to our warehouse will be your responsibility. However, we will provide free re-delivery of order exchange to your doorstep.

Refunds
Once we have received your returned item or items, we will credit your refund back. Please note that if you still have not received your refund in 30 days, please contact us and our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries regarding your refund.

Signature Based Deliveries
Deliveries are made via our contracted couriers. Our couriers are signature based and require someone to be present upon delivery. 

Missing Items
If you've found that an item is missing from your order, do let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. We will arrange a re-delivery or your order as soon as we can.

Received Incorrect Order
If you've found that you received an incorrect item, do let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. We will arrange a re-delivery or your order as soon as we can.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded unless it is defective, incorrect or a missing order.
